1989 Suzuki Constellation

Sukuki showed this car at the British Motor Show in 1990. A 21st century concept car and shown in Europe for the first time. Powered by a 220bhp 3 litre engine, this five door sports hatchback was intended to be a four wheel drive recreational off-roader concept. It had an advanced suspension called SHAPE (Suzuki Hydraulic and Air Pressure Electronic Suspension).

When judged with Suzuki's current 2008 SX4 / Fiat Sedici, perhaps Suzuki were ahead of their time.
