2015 Mazda Koeru

Японский автопроизводитель официально рассекретил свой новый концептуальный кроссовер под названием Koeru. Koeru в переводе с японского означает "выходящий за рамки" или "ломающий стереотипы" - возможно, Mazda дает понять, что готовится к захвату новых, необычных для бренда рыночных сегментов. Дизайн концепта выполнен в полном соответствии с фирменной стилистикой Kodo. Приземистый широкий силуэт на коротких стойках стоит на крупных 21-дюймовых колесных дисках – по замыслу производителя, облик концепта должен намекать на то, что автомобиль исключительно динамичный и драйверский благодаря мощному мотору и спортивной подвеске.

Однако конкретных способностей кроссовера производитель не раскрывает – известно лишь, что под капотом предусмотрен производительный мотор из семейства SkyActiv. До сих пор засекречен и интерьер, если не принимать во внимание один набросок.

Ранее в Mazda уже подчеркивали, что проект Koeru в ближайшее время серийным не станет, чтобы не провоцировать конкуренции между нынешними кроссоверами марки. Однако не исключено, что концепт является подготовительным этапом перед выпуском нового поколения большого Mazda CX-9. Будущий флагман семейства CX уже постепенно обрастает подробностями: автомобилю обещают новый 300-сильный турбомотор.
